Cancellation and Refund Policy for FairFares Inc.
At FairFare Inc., tickets are non-exchangeable. This means that each passenger's name must be the same as the one that appears on their e-ticket. Refunds are possible under specific circumstances. A full refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by our company due to unforeseen circumstances. Under specific conditions, you may be eligible for a partial refund. At FairFares Inc., we understand that plans can change and we offer flexible options to accommodate your needs.
- 48-Hour Notice for Refunds: Customers can cancel their trip and receive a partial refund provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time stated on their E-ticket. Cancellations must be made by going to Contact Us and choosing “contact via email”. Be sure to include your first and last name with your ticket number.
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee: All bookings include a 5% non-refundable booking fee to cover administrative costs. This fee is not refunded in case of cancellation.
- Refund Process: Refunds, excluding the 5% non-refundable booking fee, will be issued to the original method of payment. The refund process may take a certain number of business days to complete.
- Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
- Date Modifications: The date of your departure can be changed up to 24 hours before the departure time listed on your E-ticket. Date modifications can be made by going to Contact Us and choosing “contact via email”. Be sure to include your first and last name with your ticket number. Please note that once a departure date has been changed, it becomes nonrefundable and cannot be changed again.
